The Location

We have been praying and searching for property since 1999. Throughout that whole time we have felt like God wanted to plant us in the center of town. We have been blessed with a prime location between two major roads, approximately one mile from the campus of UNCW.

We are building on 16 acres located at 250 Vision Drive between Eastwood Road and Market Street.

The Building

In the Fall of 2005, we unveiled what we believe is the next step for PC3. We are building an 89,000 square foot facility at 250 Vision Drive.

The building will seat approximately 1500 in the main auditorium (THEATER #1). This theater will also host Overflow, 20-somethings, on Tuesday nights.

Two additional theater spaces will serve 250 people each. THEATER #2 will be used for Treasure Island (K-5th grade) and the other auditorium (THEATER #3) will serve Tsunami (Middle School) and Ripple Effect (High School). Each of these theaters has enough support space for the production, staff, volunteers, and small groups that meet with these ministries each week.

The facility will also provide our GrowZone (Birth thru Pre-K) with enough space to serve 150-200 children and support space for staff, supplies, and volunteers.

There will be multiple ministry spaces for meetings of all sizes and small groups, including STARTING POINT and other such programs. This will include a COFFEE AREA and a resource center.
