In 2002, PC3 formed a partnership with Pastor Jackson Mwangi and the Victorious Gospel International Church of Kenya (a group of 35 churches in Nakuru and the surrounding region). Since then, PC3 has helped VGICK build a home for the street children of Nakuru: Mama Hellen's Rehabilitation Center. We feel God blessed PC3 through this relationship with Pastor Jackson and Mama Hellen (Peninah), and the vision God gave them of reaching out to these street children. Currently more than 40 boys consider the center home. Many are receiving an education at a nearby boarding school. A few of the older boys are receiving vocational training. During all of April, all of August, and mid-November to early January, the boys return to the center to spend time together as a family.
Our current goals at the center are to complete construction of a girls dormitory and continue to bring in more children for rehabilitation and development. Plans are in place to install a water filter so the center can begin a water supply business.

People at PC3 have the opportunity to connect directly with these boys at the center through our HOPE127 Kenya Project.

- Strength in the partnership between PC3 and VGICK.
