gulf coast

In August 2005 Hurricane Katrina devastated the Gulf Coast destroying thousands of homes and other structures. Since then, more than 200 people from PC3 have participated in week-long missions in both Biloxi, MS, and New Orleans, LA – cleaning up, rebuilding, encouraging, and sharing Christ through word and deed. LeMoyne Boulevard Baptist Church in Biloxi has hosted numerous PC3 teams, housing and feeding us, and just taking care of us in every way. We have been blessed by the work they have done in their community, and the relationships we have formed as a result. We will continue to look for additional relationships and opportunities to serve in this area.

For Biloxi updates, check out our blog.

Go/Serve

Although most organizations are no longer committing to new builds, they continue to assist with rebuilds and repairs. Skilled laborers are needed, however unskilled laborers are also needed and appreciated. Check out opportunities to participate in our short term missions in Biloxi and New Orleans.

From time to time there are opportunities to serve during natural disasters in other areas. These will be announced and posted as opportunities arise.
