The goal of our marriage mentoring program is to encourage, prepare and teach God’s promises and principles for marriage. This is a free service of Port City Community Church to those that call PC3 their home, and is required for any couple desiring to be married by one of our pastors or in the building.

Our marriage mentors have been specifically trained to work with couples intending to marry, but are not licensed professional counselors. The marriage mentoring generally consists of six to eight one hour sessions and will take place three to four months prior to your wedding date. Your marriage mentoring will cover God’s design for marriage which includes: the roles of husbands and wives, communication, finance, intimacy and parenting.
