We have varying video formats on our website, and they work different ways. The weekend service message videos require you to click a particular week in the box to the left of the video window in order for the message to start playing. Other videos on the site require you to click the play button before they will begin playing.

If that fails to start the video, or if the video starts and then stops very quickly, note the speed with which the download progress bar is filling up--this indicates how quickly the video is downloading. If your connection is too slow for the video to stream (to play in real time as it downloads), you will have to wait until the download progress bar is full before clicking the play button in order to ensure playback without a sudden stop partway through.
