If pressing play fails to start the video, or if the video starts and then stops very quickly or stutters, note the speed with which the download progress bar is filling up (the semitransparent bar behind the playhead)--this indicates how quickly the video is downloading. If your connection is too slow for the video to stream (to play in real time as it downloads), you will have to press pause and wait until the download progress bar is full before clicking the play button in order to ensure playback without jerkiness or a sudden stop partway through.
