God’s love towards us implies that we must direct it towards others.  His love for us finds its expression in our relationships to other people.  As we invest in others who stand shoulder to shoulder with us to help us walk, we find God’s wonderful gift of community.
 
Life can overwhelm and we all need a place where we can be ourselves and be loved in spite of it.  It is in community, that we find courage when we fear, tenderness when we fall, and accountability as we struggle. Everybody needs somebody—we are not meant to walk alone.
